1. Wiring method of LED controller


Since the model specifications and parameters of the LED controller are different, they are applied to each LED lamp to control the circuit. Below we will explain in detail the specific wiring methods of commonly used and five-way LED controllers, and will also illustrate the three wiring schemes and diagrams of the controller with examples.


1. The premise that the LED controller has three incoming wires (GND, MODE, 12V) and three output wires (B, G, R), and there are only 4 holes on the LED light and only one + sign, wiring The method is firstly, the two lines of GND and MODE here represent the positive and negative poles of the power supply, and the LED controller output has four holes, so you need to carefully check which of the four holes is with the + sign. In terms of location, whether it is in the middle or on the side. If the + hole is on the side, connect the positive poles of the three LEDs to the hole together, and connect the negative poles of the three LEDs to the other three holes respectively.


On the contrary, if the + connection hole of the LED light is in the middle position, then we can connect the positive lines of the three LEDs to the three holes that are close and the same size next to the hole, and finally connect the negative line to Connect them to the hole on the side to complete the wiring of the LED controller.


2. The wiring method of the five-way LED controller. In this case, there will be three wires including the main circuit, the positive pole and the direct light. Therefore, the positive wire in the five-way line that does not require a voltage regulator needs to be connected to the positive pole of the LED. At the same time, the other four of the five routes need to be connected to the negative electrode of the LED. If you want to use the LED controller to complete the flashing action, connect the corresponding line to complete the wiring.


Two, LED controller wiring diagram


Through the wiring diagram below, we can know that the public positive pole, which is the red wire +, represents the power supply for the positive pole of each street lamp, and the main flashing action is executed by the yellow wire. To put it bluntly, the font in the LED lamp flashes. If you don't want the LED lights to flash when the LED controller is wired, you don't need to connect it. Straight light output (red) The main function of this line is to keep the font in the LED light always on. The remaining three loops (white) should be connected to the negative poles of the three colors of LED tubes. At the same time, the positive pole needs to be connected to the common positive pole of the LED controller, but it should be noted that the positive pole must be connected in series with a resistor before it can be connected to the positive pole of the LED tube (the wiring diagram of the integrated LED controller is shown below ).
