The landscape lighting of the community can be roughly divided into two categories:
The first category is functional lighting: mainly used for community roads, event venues, entrances and exits, etc.
The second category is scene lighting: used for waterscape fountains, square paving, sculptures, gallery frames, trees, and signs on scenery walls.
01. Garden lights
Courtyard lights can be used for functional lighting such as residential roads, event venues, etc. The style of the lighting is selected according to the style of the project. The height of the lamps is generally 3-5 meters, and the arrangement spacing is about 15-20 meters. Generally, the road width is less than 6 meters, and it is arranged on one side, and the road width is greater than 6 meters and is arranged on both sides.
Arrange points to compare with the greening map, avoiding the location of trees. Also avoid fire lanes and elevated positions. At the same time, pay attention to the position of the bedroom windows on the first and second floors, and try to avoid the interference of the lights on the residents' rest at night.
02. Lawn lights
Lawn lights are generally used for functional lighting such as garden roads, entrance roads, and villa courtyards within 2 meters. Choose the style of lamps and lanterns according to the style of the project. The height of the lamps is generally 0.4-1 meters, and the arrangement spacing is about 6-10 meters. The shorter the lamp, the closer the spacing.
Attention should be paid to the impact on the beauty of the landscape when it is arranged on the lawn. If it is arranged in bushes, the height of the luminous opening of the lawn lamp should be about 20 cm higher than the bush line, and it should not be lower than the bush to block the light.
03. Tree light
The tree light is used for tree greening and so on. The projection angle is mostly upward projection. The lamps are installed on the lawn, and the buried tree-lighting lamp on the left is generally used. In the shrubs where the lamps are installed, choose the right plug-in mud tree light or seat type tree light. Dense trees or coconut trees can also be tied to the light fixtures to shine the canopy upwards.
For tall trees and plants, the light distribution of the lamp can choose narrow-angle condensing. Plants with many branches and stems can be irradiated with spotlight and floodlight to highlight the staggered leaves and form a sense of depth. High and low plants can use a variety of light distributions and different warm and cold tones, and use the gradual change of light to highlight the three-dimensional sense. Shrubs can be floodlit to emphasize the expansiveness of the film.
