1: Incoming inspection. This step is an important link related to the quality of LED line lights. Therefore, all materials (such as PCB, lamp bead and FPC) must be strictly tested.
2: After the materials are ready, the LED line lights need to be waterproof. If the LED linear lamp is not waterproof, it will break when the lamp is on the reflow soldering furnace, causing the internal gold wire of the LED to fall off. The DC24V LED line light is not on, and the light is dead.

3: After the first article leaves the factory, it is necessary to check whether the specification of the order is consistent with the order requirements. It is also necessary to test whether the electrical characteristics (voltage, current, power, efficiency) meet the requirements and test. The optical parameters (luminous flux, illuminance, light angle, color temperature) are consistent with the order requirements.

4: Patch. During this process, special attention should be paid to the polarity of the DC48V LED line lamp. The resistance of the chip resistor should not be confused, and the installation position should be accurate.
5: Welding. The temperature here is well controlled.
6: Check the connecting plate. Power on inspection at the back of the furnace and poor maintenance.
7: Glue filling. Select the appropriate glue according to the waterproof grade.
8: After the board is connected, the ordinary LED linear lamp needs a long aging time. Aging is the long-term continuous work of line lamps to test hidden dangers that are not easy to find and improve product quality. (In order to speed up the delivery of products, some small workshops usually do not age the products, which leads to many defective deliveries.)
