DMX512 LED line lamp cannot sustain high temperature: LED and FPC, two important components of LED line lamp, are products that cannot sustain high temperature. If the FPC is in continuous high temperature or exceeds its bearing temperature, the FPC coating film will bubble, which will directly cause the LED linear light to be scrapped. At the same time, LED can not withstand high temperature continuously, and LED line light chip will be burnt out by high temperature after a long time of high temperature. Therefore, the soldering iron used in the maintenance of LED light strip must be a temperature control soldering iron, which limits the temperature to a certain range, and it is prohibited to change and set it randomly. In addition, even so, it should be noted that the soldering iron should not stay at the foot of the LED line lamp for more than 10 seconds during maintenance. If this time is exceeded, the LED linear light chip may be burned.
If the LED line light is not on, please check whether the circuit is connected, whether the contact is poor, and whether the positive and negative electrodes of the light bar are connected inversely. The brightness of the light strip is obviously low. Please check whether the rated power of the power supply is less than the power of the light strip, or whether the connecting wire is too thin, which leads to excessive power consumption of the connecting wire. The front of the light bar is obviously brighter than the rear. Please check whether the tandem length exceeds 3m.
