1： LED wall washing lamp panel: the lamp panel is a semi finished lamp panel consisting of aluminum substrate, lamp beads and resistors. The thickness of aluminum substrate and high thermal conductivity material are good for heat dissipation of lamp beads. All light sources use OSRAM 3030 patch lamp beads.
2： Led wall lamp shell: the shell is made of 6063 tensile aluminum profile and tempered glass. In general, the greater the power of our wall washing lamp, the greater the shell thickness and size will be, so that the heat dissipation will be better.
3： LED wall washing lamp wire: all lamps, whether wall washing lamp or LED linear light are lit, need to be powered by the wire head. Our conventional wall washing lamp wire includes waterproof butt plug and the back line connected on the interior lamp panel. The national standard one square meter cold proof aviation quick plug is generally used for the plug. The national standard 0.75 square is adopted for the back line. It thickens the power circuit of the lamp panel, so that more lamps are connected in series. The installation is simple and convenient!
4： LED wall washer lamp glue: because the lamp needs to be waterproof, it is used outdoors, so the inside of the lamp will be sealed with glue. The waterproof lamp shall be above IP65. Conventional silica gel generally adopts silica gel or PU glue.
5： Led wall lamp lens; There are many degrees of lens, ranging from 5 degrees to 120 degrees. The smaller the degree, the narrower the wall illuminated by the light, and the higher the height. Generally, the conventional wall washing lamps in the market are between 30 degrees and 60 degrees. Small degree lenses are also used for particularly narrow beams.
