According to the design requirements, prepare LED lamp beads (or LED patches), resistors, capacitors (some will be used), wires, connectors, waterproof thermal silica gel, screws, etc.

Secondly, after the preparation is ready, the right parts are pasted to the corresponding places. Of course, it can be done by hand, but no one will do that. The efficiency of CNC machine tools is hundreds of times that of humans. First, brush the solder paste to the right place on the substrate. The holes on the stencil and the position on the substrate just coincide (this is how it is opened when the mold is opened), just press the stencil on the substrate, and then Brush the solder paste on the stencil, so that the solder paste is deposited on the substrate through the holes. Of course, this is also done by a special printing machine, which is fast and error-free.

The opposite places on the substrate are coated with solder paste. At this time, put the LED lamp beads (or LED patches) and resistors on it. This process is done by the machine. You only need to write the program that needs to be run, and let the machine do it step by step. It is a boring and repeated process for humans.

When the pasting is completed, it will enter the next process, high temperature welding. The principle is that the solder paste melts at high temperatures and solidifies at low temperatures. It is through this temperature difference that the parts are solidified by the melted solder paste, so that two things are welded together. This process is completed by the machine shown in the figure below. After this process is completed, it will be cooled, and the substrate will be divided into the required size. Then install the wires at the corresponding positions at both ends and connect the waterproof plugs. The LED is put into the housing (base). At this time, the substrate will be poured with waterproof and heat-dissipating silica gel to ensure that the LED lamp reaches IP65 performance.
